Robyn grew up on a small family dairy farm in Dansville. She graduated from high school in 1994 and then attended Roberts Wesleyan College where she received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 1998. Prior to becoming the school nurse at Northstar, she worked for 24 years at the University of Rochester in both in-patient and out-patient settings working with high-risk OBGYN patients.

When not working, Robyn enjoys getting out in the country for family time as well as cooking and baking. Last year she started her own sourdough starter and enjoys making a wide variety of things with it including homemade bread and pizza dough. Other hobbies include gardening and hiking with their dog, Emma.
